  We talked a long time about making a cassette of Stanley, Stanley And Stanley, and Alain sent me massive files to my holiday home in Ticino, that I immediately compiled to a full album of more than an hour. In the end, Alain decided on only a couple of tracks, that got their release about a half year later, after the project had to rest for Alain being often in Germany, making theater music, if I understood him correctly. The first version went back into the stock of cassettes to use. There never was a digital version except the master made for the tapes. Now, when cleaning my office, I came across those tapes. They were still without cover. Instead of erasing them I think I put them up for sales here, for obvious reasons, plus it contains some tracks that bring honour to this great musician, singer, bandleader, cultural activist, workhorse.
